It's summertime and living is easy, especially when you're a toddler and have a field full of strawberries to eat! One of the best parts of living here in the northwest and specifically outside of Portland, Oregon, is the access to all the amazing wineries, outdoor activities, and local farms. We had the pleasure of meeting up with several other moms and toddlers to check out the strawberry picking at The Red Berry Barn in Sherwood, Oregon. If you're in the area and looking for a fun activity to do year round, they've got all kinds of produce, flowers, cute trinkets in their market, and an awesome play structure and sand box (they've even had a huge bouncy house in the green house in the winter). My son, Walt, had such a fun time picking his little bucket of strawberries and mostly, taste testing them! The flavor of the strawberries beat any store bought berries I've purchased and they were so cute, I had to try my hand at some product photography for fun. Can't wait for our next berry patch adventure!
